Headline Error

This bug appeared in a news report published by Japan Today on Nov 12, 2014. View the original news report.
Bug Type:  Headline Problem

The headline says: "Man dies after setting himself on fire in Tokyo's Hibiya Park" (the bold italics are mine).

The problem lies a few paragraphs into the article where it says: "The bespectacled man, who appeared to be in his 50s or 60s, reportedly survived his apparent suicide attempt but authorities have not released details about his present condition" (once again the bold italics are mine).

My mistake, the paragraph I cited above referred to another incident which was all clearly stated in the article. The editor at Japan Today returned my email within seconds to politely explain my mistake. Once again I regret the error and in chalking this up to another Emily Litella moment have to say, "never mind."
