Ironically, I failed to first use the Report an Error functionality to report this, uh, error. D'oh.
'Ombudsman' should be 'ombudsperson', shouldn't it?

Thanks for this report.
I referred to Alicia Shepard as "ombudsman" because that's how she and the NPR site refer to her, regardless of the gender. I'm pretty much agnostic on the larger issue and will generally defer to the preference or practice of the subject in these matters.
Makes sense to me. Do I get to close a bug once it's resolved, or do you?
